 Tracey Linthwaite

Fronoleu care garden
Hi, my name is Tracey and I live with my husband Gez in the beautiful Mid Wales country side.
I have a grown up son and a daughter who lives with a learning disability. Also living with us are two friendly dogs, some cheeky chickens and some very fast runner ducks.
I Love gardening, especially growing herbs and vegetables, I also really enjoy doing lots of different types of art & crafts activities.
I  have years of experience providing support to individuals in an Adult Social Care role. I have worked in Day Centres, in the community and supported people in their own homes, as well as experience delivering therapeutic horticulture.

I am passionate about empowering individuals and supporting them to gain skills, confidence and take control of their own lives.
I have a diploma in Adult Social care and have trained in social and therapeutic horticulture.
